Piazza Grande is a multifunctional complex located at 100mt from the Republic Square of Yerevan. The complex consists of three different distributions: residential, office and commercial areas. The indicated distributions are independent, autonomous, provided with separate entrances. In the building there are 9 elevators, 2 escalators.

The architectural design has been made by Italian architects with the collaboration of Armenian architects. The complex is provided with all the modern technologies in terms of energy saving system and thermo-acoustic insulation.
