How do I place an order with delivery?
Individuals: For delivery please order and pay online at Darakashar.am; delivery is via Yandex, and you pay the driver directly.
Companies: We calculate the delivery fee by address and add it to your VAT-inclusive invoice as a separate line.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the distance. The Yandex price appears at dispatch (not at checkout). For companies, we quote the delivery fee in advance and add it to the invoice as a separate line.
Can I pick up the shelves myself by car?
Yes. Racks are sold disassembled; most models fit in a standard car.
Do you deliver outside Yerevan (rest of Armenia)?
Yes, but for distant locations, Yandex rates can be high, so many customers arrange local drivers instead.
Can customers schedule a specific delivery time window?
Yes.
Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
No, we provide curbside delivery only.
How fast can I get my order?

Individuals: cash; bank cards (POS); Idram (in-store); online payment via website (card via VPOS or Idram); bank transfer (optional).
Note: For deliveries, payment is online via our website only. In-store payments (cash/POS/Idram) are available for pickup orders.
Companies: 100% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T) to Inecobank, ACBA Bank, Ameriabank, or IDBank. POS and online card payment via website (VPOS) can be arranged if needed. Goods are released after full payment per the PI.
Returns, Warranty & Damages
Can we replace or return the shelf if, after assembly, the size doesn't fit our space due to our miscalculation?
Yes, only for Category Z and F (if parts are returned undamaged and clean).
Items with factory carton packaging are not returnable once opened.
Do you have a return window?
Yes—14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Do you cover damaged or missing parts on delivery?
Yes.

Will metal parts rust if exposed to water or moisture?
Components are powder-coated and suited to normal indoor humidity. (We keep sample parts outdoors for long-term observation and can show them on request.)
Do you offer galvanized or stainless options for wet areas?

How to find your place?
We’re at 30 Artsakh Ave., Yerevan. Our store has a direct street entrance. We occupy the entire ground floor of the building and the full row of warehouses in the backyard. The easiest way is to search “Darakashar” in Yandex Navi, Google Maps, Maps.me, 2GIS, etc. and follow the directions. On arrival, look for the blue gates—they’re part of our premises, so you can enter freely (walk in or drive in).
Do you have a showroom with assembled samples?
Yes.
Is there parking near your store?
Yes. One free space is always available directly in front of our store, and there is a larger backyard area convenient for loading goods from the warehouse.
What are your working hours?
Mon–Fri 10:30–18:30, Sat 12:00–18:00.
