Ordering and Delivery
How do I place an order with delivery?
Individuals: For delivery, you can place an order and pay online on the Darakashar.am website, or you can place an order through the website or by phone and then pay via Telcell terminal or Telcell app by entering your four-digit order number in the Payment purpose field. Delivery is paid and is carried out via Yandex or Haypost.
Companies: To place an order on behalf of a company, you can contact us by phone, or select the products you need on our website, fill in the required fields, and place the order online. After that, we will contact you and provide a proforma invoice, with the delivery cost included as a separate line item. The goods will be ready for release within a maximum of 3 business days after we receive the payment. We operate with value added tax, so all prices shown on our website and all invoices we issue include VAT.
How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost depends on the distance and is calculated according to Yandex tariffs. The delivery price is shown at the time of dispatch in the Yandex app (including to the recipient).
For companies, we inform you of the delivery cost in advance and include it as a separate line item on the invoice.
Can customers schedule a specific delivery time window?
Yes.
Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
Usually, we provide delivery up to the building entrance, but if the customer requests it, we can also arrange a carrier service for an additional fee.
How fast can I get my order?
Typically, same-day or next-day (you can contact us before placing the order and check in advance).
Can I pick up the shelves myself by car?
Yes. Racks are sold disassembled; most models fit in a standard car.
Do you deliver outside Yerevan (rest of Armenia)?
Yes. We cooperate with HayPost, so our postal delivery is available in all cities and villages across Armenia. Postal shipments are sent once a week. All orders collected during the week are handed over to HayPost on the first working day of the following week, and the delivery process then takes another 2–3 days. The customer receives the parcel at the nearest HayPost branch.
The cost of postal delivery depends directly on the total weight of the shipment. When calculating the rate, we use HayPost’s tariffs as a basis, along with certain additional costs related to packaging, preparation, and transporting the goods to the HayPost drop-off office.

Individuals: cash; bank cards (POS); Idram (in-store); online payment via website (card via VPOS or Idram); Telcell cash terminal or app, bank transfer (optional).
Note: For deliveries, payment is online via our website only. In-store payments (cash/POS/Idram) are available for pickup orders.
Companies:100% advance payment by bank transfer (T/T). Also POS and online card payment via website (VPOS) can be arranged if needed. We have company bank accounts in the following banks: Inecobank, Ameriabank, ACBA Bank, ID Bank. Goods are released after full payment per the PI.

Can we replace or return the shelf if, after assembly, the size doesn't fit our space due to our miscalculation?
Yes, only for Category Z and F (if parts are returned undamaged and clean).
Items with factory carton packaging are not returnable once opened.

Yes—14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Do you cover damaged or missing parts on delivery?

We аre located in Yerevan at 30 Artsakh Avenue. The shop has a separate entrance from the street. Just search for “Darakashar” in Yandex Navi, Google Maps, Maps.me, Apple Maps, or 2GIS and follow the route. When you arrive, look for the blue gates — that’s our warehouse area, and you’re welcome to drive in.
Do you have a showroom with assembled samples?

Is there parking near your store?
Yes. One free parking space is always available directly in front of our store, and there is a larger backyard area convenient for loading goods from the warehouse.
