Closed joint-stock company "IJEVANATUN" began to expand its activities in Armenia in 2018, having built a multi-apartment residential complex with an area of 3200 sq/m in Ijevan.
CJSC "IJEVANATUN" as a developer and contractor, carried out construction works of individual residential houses in the city of Ijevan and neighboring settlements (Enokavan, Getakhovit, etc.).
The company carried out renovation works of the bus station in the city of Ijevan, beautification and renovation of the Ijevan main park.
Since 2023, the company also started its activities in the city of Yerevan. At the moment, the company is conducting construction work on a multifunctional residential complex located at 35/21, Arabkir St..
In parallel, company design and planning construction of the residential complex on the 25 H. Emin St.
