About ASBA
National Social Housing Association (ASBA) is established in Armenia as a result of Dutch-Armenian Cooperation. Armenian and Dutch experts and leaders form the board of the newly established foundation.
The overriding goal of this non-profit organization is to provide affordable, quality and well-managed housing for low to middle income groups in Armenia. Through close cooperation with state and local governments, ASBA will implement investment projects developing social housing stock in Armenia. Close cooperation with Dutch partners, will enable ASBA to use the rich experience of the Netherlands in the social housing for Armenia too.
