About Company
SHEMAC LLC was registered in the Republic of Armenia in 2010 to offer engineering solutions in construction and energy field. It is founded by Iranian-Armenian civil engineers Emil Mailian (Managing Director) and Shavarsh Shahverdian (Chairman of the Board).
SHEMAC carry out construction and renovation works, interior and exterior design, architectural design and construction of buildings and civil engineering design. The company can offer its support in documentation and obtaining appropriate permits for projects.
SHEMAC has invested in SHEM project by acquiring land, designing and obtaining appropriate permits for high rise apartment building, which will be launched shortly.
