The mansion with 1700 square meters of total area is located in the closed cottage village «Florance», 5 kilometers from MKAD along the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. The mansion consists of 5 furnished bedrooms with their own bathrooms and cloakrooms, four office rooms, spa area with swimming pool, sauna, solarium, beauty salon, cinema, billiard, library and so on. The mansion is located on a plot of 11 thousand square meters. On the site there is a reception house with professional kitchen and conference hall, a garage for six cars, a mini-farm, year-round greenhouses, and ponds equipped for fishing.

Former USA president Richard Nixon's mansion, which he owned nearly 11 years (1969-1980), put on market for US$ 75 million. The mansion, which the president dubbed La Casa Pacifica, is located in the first line in San Clemente, California. President Richard Nixon's so-called Western White House, family used for family retreats and strategic meetings, hosting guests such as Henry Kissinger and Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev. Nixon, a Southern California native, retreated to the home after his resignation in 1974, following the Watergate scandal, and wrote his memoir there. He sold the estate to Mr. Herbert, and partners, in 1980 in a private sale. The 22.3 thousand square meters estate in San Clemente has more than 1400 square meters of living space over a main house, guesthouses and staff quarters, and 140 meters of ocean frontage. The main residence was designed in the 1920s by Carl Lindbom for Mr. Cotton, a wealthy local businessman, who was inspired by the mayor's residence in San Sebastian, Spain. The inside has tiled and wood floors and wood-beamed ceilings; large arched windows overlook the ocean. The home is designed in a Spanish Colonial style-white stucco and red-tile roof, and living spaces around a central courtyard with a fountain. The tranquil lot overlooks a popular surfing beach. It has flower and vegetable gardens, neatly trimmed hedges, and palm and cypress trees. Listing agent Rob Giem, of HOM Sotheby's International Realty, says the high price tag (US$ 75 million) is justified, even aside from the property's provenance, as it is the largest stretch of available residential oceanfront south of Los Angeles. Prices for vacant waterfront lots in Orange County typically sell for US$ 5 million to US$ 10 million for a 2,5 thousand square meters, he says. "It's one of a kind," he adds. Gavin Herbert, the retired founder and CEO of Allergan is selling the estate after 35 years of ownership and is looking for a buyer who will continue to care for the property. 3D printers are everywhere and they have been used to construct everything. Recently a Chinese company WinSun has successfully 3D printed a five-story apartment building and a 110 square meters villa from special print material. China's newest mansion is not only made from recycled materials, but the sprawling 110 square meters home was made with 3D printing. The luxury mansion was 3D printed in layers, using recycled stone and construction waste. In order to print a mansion, WinSun had to construct a larger-than-life 3D printer. The mansion printer stands 6.6 meters high, 10 meters wide and 40 meters long. Combining recycled materials and quick-dry cement, the giant printer squeezes out layer upon layer of pasty materials in strong diagonal shapes, which then harden. The pieces are reinforced with steel, and then filled with insulation like any other wall when building a house. In addition to the mansion, WinSun has also 3D printed a five-story apartment building and 10 affordable homes from recycled materials. WinSun's 3D-printed five-story apartment building took just one day to print, and then five additional days to assemble, with low construction waste and minimal laborers needed. The mansion, which was 3D printed inside and out, also saved on construction and labor. In the future, WinSun plans to use the efficient and low-construction waste process to build bridges and soaring skyscrapers. The company has already proven its stake in the 3D-printed architecture market, printing 10 homes at US$ 5,000 a piece in March of last year. Last year the Dutch company DUS Architects developed 3D-printid house using bioplastic.

After almost 20 years, Tom Cruise is looking to offload his beloved home away from home in the picturesque mountains of Telluride, Colorado. The 1.2 million square meters property has been listed by Telluride Sotheby's International Realty for a cool US$ 59 million. The almost 930 square meters estate was of course the setting for the Vanity Fair shoot in which he and then-wife Katie Holmes introduced their baby girl Suri to the world back in 2006, while they spent their precious first few months as a new family holed up there together during that summer.
